Making a Payment
Payments for subscriptions will occur automatically once you complete the initial payment. Manual payments are only necessary for one time charges or the initial payments just referenced.
Paying dues:
- Any dues that need to be paid manually will appear on your profile page and display the due date. If it says “Automatic payment on <date>”, then you can expect that due to be paid automatically with your default payment method on the specified date.
- Login and view your member profile
- Click the “Dues” tab within your profile.
- Select the checkbox for dues that you would like to pay at this time and click the blue “Pay membership dues” button. Note: If Due Date is ““Automatic payment on <date>”, it cannot be paid manually.
- Upon selecting “Pay membership dues”, you’ll be taken to the Checkout screen. Instructions for the Checkout screen may be found below.
Checkout:
- When reaching the checkout screen, the dues you’re about to pay will appear on the right hand side and the payment method options will appear on the left hand side.
- Add a payment option if one does not already exist. NOTE: If creating a subscription, the payment option used will be the default payment method for future payments unless changed later. Instructions to change the default payment method can be found here.
- Select your desired payment option from the list.
- Review the dues that are about to be paid and click “Submit Payment”
- Once the payment completes (may take some time to finish loading), you will be redirected to a receipt screen where you can review what you’ve paid and the affects of those dues. Please print this screen for your records
- Completed payments may be reviewed at a later date from your profile in the “Payment History” section.
Manage Payment Methods
- These instructions are for adding and removing payment methods. You may find the instructions for changing your default payment method here.
- Login and view your member profile
- Select Account Settings and then Payment Methods from the left menu within settings.
Adding a Payment Method
- Click blue “Add New Payment Method” button to open the payment method form
- Select a payment method type: Credit Card or PayPal.
- If Credit Card selected:
- Enter your card number, expiration, CSV and zip code and submit.
- If accepted, the form will close and your new payment option will be displayed in the list of payment options
- If PayPal selected:
- PayPal will open another screen for you to login and enter your payment information.
- If accepted, PayPal will redirect you back to our site where your PayPal payment option will be available
Deleting a Payment Method
- Click the red and white “Delete Payment Method” button and accept the prompt.
