Payment History and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, but you may request the administrators to review a transaction for a refund if you believe the transaction to be a mistake. Only payments made through this software can be refunded in this manner. Payments made through PayPal or Eventbrite must be requested separately by emailing us at [email protected].
Review Payment History
- Login and view your member profile
- Navigate to the “Payment Methods” tab. If this tab is not visible, then you do not have transactions made through this software that can be requested for refunds
Requesting a refund
- Login and view your member profile
- Navigate to the “Payment Methods” tab. If this tab is not visible, then you do not have transactions made through this software that can be requested for refunds
- Select the checkbox for the transaction you wish to be refunded and click “Request Refund” button. Note: Only transactions marked as Paid may be refunded. Transactions still processing cannot be refunded until they have cleared.
- Submit the dialog that appears after you click the “Request Refund” button.
- Administrators will receive a notification about this refund and review it within 7 days.
- If the refund is accepted, you will receive a notification of the refund being processed.
