The spreadsheet tracking current volunteer credits can be found here. Do NOT move or copy the spreadsheet to a different location. Automated software uses its location to automatically update it.
On the last day of every month, automated software will parse this spreadsheet and complete the following actions:
At the end of every month, software checks membership snapshots (lists of who were members on a particular day) and determine what members were active for more than 21 days that month. If they were active, their requirement count for the year increases based on the schedule listed here.
Additionally, software will go through any volunteer dates and look for blank cells for members. If they were a member at that day, it will mark the cell with a dash, and if they weren't a member, then it marks "N/A". These notations not really matter for the total count but act as a sanity check for review.
The completed column counts how many volunteer days have someone's initials in them. (It will count anything thats not empty, or - or N/A)
